"Don Nino" is native to the state of Guerrero, Mexico but his love for food and his natural talent for creating new flavors made him look for new challenges away from his birthplace. He has lived in Rochester, MN for 15 years and has accumulated ample experience in the local culinary scene. He has even created several menu items for some of Rochester's most renowned restaurants.

But his passion would end up pushing him to pursue a new challenge. Taco Lab is Don Nino's new endeavor - a way to offer our community his unique talent and experience. It is his opportunity to test new combinations and it's your chance to taste creative street food.
